Dealer Support

We know our success as a manufacturer is tied directly to that of our dealers, which is why we consider our dealers to be more of a business partner than simply a distributor of our line of outdoor kitchens. Before, during, and after the sale our solution oriented team works hard to support our dealers to help ensure total customer satisfaction. In addition to the day-to-day dealer service and support, we offer:

  • Olde Native Product Orientation Seminars to our dealers. We’ll conduct this approximately 1 to 1 ½ hour program at the dealer’s location or as an Internet based session. Dealers and their staff will learn all about the Olde Native company, features and benefits of the Lifestyle Series, and basic sales techniques.
  • Olde Native Sales Seminars scheduled throughout the year exclusively for Olde Native dealers and staff at our factory and warehouse. This one day sales training program teaches that selling doesn’t have to be the pushy, manipulative process that many people think it is. This fast paced seminar is loaded with specific tips, sales techniques and strategies that will help dealers and their staff be more successful in selling not just Olde Native Outdoor Kitchens, but all outdoor living products. The seminar includes a factory tour and a lunch structured as a role model outdoor cooking demonstration on an Olde Native Outdoor Kitchen.
  • Assistance with special events and promotions. We help our dealers plan, prepare for, and execute special events such as outdoor cooking demonstrations and outdoor cooking classes.

Service & Warranty

Olde Native Pro Series Grills are covered by the following warranties: Lifetime parts only warranty for the stainless firebox, burners and cooking grids. Three-year parts only warranty for the ceramic infrared back-burner. One-year parts only warranty for the electronic ignition and all other parts. Warranty coverage will be void due to user neglect or improper use. Warranty does not cover surface corrosion. Warranty is non-transferable. Customer is responsible for labor costs to replace parts.
